Resort on th east coast

So the first place we reserved was NOT what we had in mind.  So Angie got busy and got us two rooms at a resort on the east side of the island...It is wonderful....I'll gain 5 pounds here for sure!  We are here for 5 days.  Eat, relax at the pool, eat, relax, eat...hope they don't take us to market  at the end!  "How much can you get for a fattened up American?".....Truly relaxing.  More pictures to come but here's a few.

This is low tide.  On Zanzibar, the tide really goes out a long ways. The huts are one of the three restaurants at the resort.  We had dinner out there last night.  It was wonderful!

Well, I think I'm caught up now...really hope you all are faring well back home....no snow yet I hope....We'll update more later.  The internet is perfect here and the power is always on.   Last night, i think the power went out twice but after a few seconds, the automatic generator kicks in....so different than the rest of Tanzania!  Talk to you soon....Brian, Angie, Jason & Sherri....
